Launched in July 2018, this remains the lightest (19.7kg), most compact, and easy to use, double swivel base available for the 2006 – 2017 VW Crafter and Mercedes Sprinter vans.
Key Features:
- Open Top Design: Provides instant access to the seat compartment — ideal for setups with leisure batteries, isolators, chargers, or inverters. No more tilting seats or struggling for access — just lift the seat cushions as normal.
- 360° Swivel: Pivots centrally with a front-to-back/side-to-side slot. Simply remove the hand screws and slide the seat to swivel and lock into place — all in under a minute.
- Easy Installation: No cutting or drilling required. Mounts directly to the original base using the existing seat bolts. Supplied with additional 10.9 grade high-tensile fixings where needed.
- Heavy-Duty Components: Fitted with 4-lobe push-fit nylon hand screws, each with an internal 10.9 grade high-tensile bolt for long-term durability.
- Plug & Play Wiring: Includes a pre-installed seatbelt pre-tensioner wiring loom to avoid SRS warning lights or dealer resets.
- Compatibility: Fits both RHD and LHD vehicles. Not compatible with heated seats or occupancy sensors.
- Tested & Certified: M1 Pull Tested by VOSC to ECE Regulation R14.07 / Directive 76/115/EEC (as amended). Includes laminated certificate and data sheet.
- Durable Finish: Shot blasted and powder coated in RAL9005 semi-gloss black.
