Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcelforce 24 hour service.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns
We accept returns with the following conditions:
1. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced at no expense to the customer. Items received as damaged will be replaced providing notification has been given (via email or Telephone) within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging having not been used, with the manufacturer’s protective covering still attached. On inspection of the product we will then send a replacement item, as well as a refund for the return postage, within 7 days.
2. Any item that is ordered but no longer required can be returned at the buyer’s expense within 30 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item. All returned items must be in perfect condition and unused. We do not refund postage costs.
3. Returns are accepted within 30 days of postage, in an ‘as new’ condition. Return postage costs are at the buyers expense unless the goods are faulty. Goods must be returned, unused, in their original packaging except for faulty goods. A full refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item.
